Dr.Jill Fabricant

Founder President Chief Scientist

Dr. Jill Fabricant is a biotechnology executive who received her Ph.D. at McGill University in Genetics. She completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the Institute Pasteur in Paris in the laboratory of Dr. Francois Jacob. She has published over 20 scientific publications and has received 5 patents. She has started three biotechnology companies and ran a business incubator for NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas as Director of NASA Technology.
Lin Shiu Yi

CEO and Owner

Lin Shiu Yi is an investment entrepreneur and business strategist. She practiced law in Singapore for 15 years having been called to the Singapore and UK bar, where she cultivated her personal and professional values of honesty and ethics. Since joining Technigroup Far East Pte Ltd - a global manufacturing company based in Singapore in 2008, Shiu Yi has risen to become their Group MD/Owner. Launching into 10 global markets and increasing turnover. Shiu Yi is also the CEO/ Owner of LDL Investments Pte Ltd, a real estate investment company in Singapore, where she has created a diverse portfolio of investments. Shiu Yi has an EMBA from Northwestern University and HKUST.

Dr Sijia Lu

Consultant

Dr Sijia Lu co-founded Yikon Genomics after he received his PhD in Chemistry and Chemical Biology from Harvard University in 2012. Dr. Lu is the co-inventor of the MALBAC® technology. Since then, Dr. Lu has led the Yikon technical team in further developing the technology in the field of reproductive health. Dr. Lu is among the key investigators in the first MALBAC-PGD™ baby, and the first baby born with non-invasive chromosome screening (NICS™) of embryos prior to implantation. Dr. Lu’s work has been highlighted in high-profile journals such as Science, Nature, PNAS.

Dr. Iraj Lalezari

Co-founder

Dr. Iraj Lalezari completed his doctorate in chemistry at the University of Paris. He was Director of Chemistry at the University of Tehran in Iran and had to leave when the Shah left. He immigrated to New York where he joined the faculty at Albert Einstein University and later became Director of Medicinal Chemistry at Albert Einstein University. He retired and moved to Colorado. It was shortly after this time that he co-founded Cell Viable with Dr. Fabricant.

Jami Taylor

Chief Investment Officer

Jami Taylor is a managing director at Stanton Park Capital, a boutique investment bank providing merger and acquisition advisory services to private companies. Jami leads the firm’s healthcare practice, inclusive of life sciences. Previously, Jami spent more than seven years in global leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, working across J&J Corporate functions, Janssen Global Commercial Strategy, and Janssen Research & Development. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Jami provided alliance development and communications services to leading biopharmaceutical companies.

Jami is an alumna of the University of Virginia, Cornell University, Northwestern University and Harvard University. She is a frequent presenter at major international forums and a lecturer at leading universities, including the MIT Sloan School of Management, the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School.
